Wiped Film Evaporator Unit
It consists of scraped thin-film evaporator,preheater,condenser,cooler, collecting tank,finished product tank and piping.
This system consists of scraped thin-film evaporator, preheater, condenser, cooler, collecting tank, finished product tank and piping.
The equipment is applied to distribute the blended liquid to form thin-film evenly by
using high-speed centrifugal scraper for realization of evaporation or distillation. The light parts inside the mixtures of liquid are condensed through evaporation, which aims at the function of separation. This device can be applied to the evaporation of methanol, ethanol or other relevant alcohol.
